The parading traditions of New Orleans inspire us. Ancient rituals heralding the coming of winter with playful recognition of death’s power, inspire us. The social aid societies, providing sustenance for New Orleanians through times of great hardship for generations, inspire us. Our mission is to be a unique social aid and pleasure club that keeps the New Orleans spirit alive and helps to rebuild our city. At our most cosmic, we hope to elevate the act of parading to the level of fine art. We want to create parades that take all participants and spectators into a realm of transcendence and transformation.
